Refund policy

Short version
Not happy with your first month of Premium? Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
First payment
If you ask within 7 days of your first Premium payment, we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked, and your Premium access ends.
Later payments
Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime and keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, email us and we'll fix it.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your account (or your PayPal email) with the date of the payment. Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal and your bank.
Your rights
This policy doesn't take away any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
