Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for Vice City Intel. Last updated November 3, 2026.
Who we are
Vice City Intel is an unofficial fan site about Grand Theft Auto VI. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and related names belong to their owners.
Using the site
The site is free to use without an account. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Accounts
You need to be at least 13 to create an account. Give a real email address, keep your password private, and pick a display name that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else. We may remove display names or close accounts that break these rules.
You can stop using your account at any time. To delete it and its data, email us from the address on the account.
Premium membership
Premium costs $9.99 per month, plus any tax PayPal shows you at checkout. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card details.
Premium renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on your Account page, in your PayPal account, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the month you've already paid for.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy Premium.
We may change Premium's features or price. If the price changes, we'll tell members by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
Fair play
Don't cheat the leaderboards, attack or overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law. We may remove scores or accounts that do.
Content and accuracy
We label news as official, reported or rumor and link our sources, but we can make mistakes and information about GTA VI changes. The site is provided as is, without guarantees. Fan-made tools, quizzes and maps are for fun and aren't official game information.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Vice City Intel isn't responsible for indirect losses from using the site. If something goes wrong with Premium, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll post a notice on the site, and members will also get an email.
